Locate the two latches on the back of the machine.3. Push down on both latches simultaneously to unlock the rear cover of the machine.4. Pull the rear cover away from the machine.5. Remove any jammed bills or objects from the machine.6. Replace the rear cover by placing it into position and pressing down on both latches simultaneously until they click.

The proper setting of the machine is very important for you to operate the machine smoothly without misunderstanding1.Before your counting, please make sure there are no foreign items(such as staple, clip, coins)mixed with banknotes, it will cause jam and damage the internal parts of machine.2. Please adjust the note guider 2-5mm wider than the bill size3. Please ensure the feed gap is enough for one bill pass but two bills can not pass. Too wide feed gap can cause inaccurate counting and too tight feed gap can cause jam.4. Please select the correct counting mode and Currency before counting.

If you are experiencing an upper passage error with your currency counter, the first step to fixing the issue is to open the upper rear cover and check if there is a note or foreign item jammed inside.Here's a brief guide on how to do it:1. Turn off your device and unplug it from the power source to avoid any potential electrical hazards.2. Locate the upper rear cover of the device.3. Gently open the upper rear cover using your fingers or a flat tool like a screwdriver. Be careful not to force it open as this might damage the cover or the device itself.4. Once the cover is open, check the upper passage for any notes or foreign items that might be jammed inside. This can include paper clips, coins, or other small objects that can cause blockages.5. If you find any foreign items, carefully remove them using a pair of tweezers or other suitable tools. Be sure not to damage any of the internal components while doing so.6. After you have removed the foreign object, close the upper rear cover and plug in the device.7. Turn on the device and see if the upper passage error has been resolved. If it has not, you may need to seek professional help or refer to the device's user manual for further troubleshooting steps.
